When students ask me what the best book on leadership is that they should read, I immediately reply with: You have to read The Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner. That's my #1...everytime.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there is The Leadership Challenge Blog (LeaderTalk).
Some of the more recent posts include:
- Are your mirror neurons and ocillators functioning properly?
- Are You Being Managed or Lead?
- Beth High's Podcast from The Leadership Challenge Forum 2008
- Michelle Obama on Values
- Dave Roberts and Charles St. John's Western Union Podcast
- Are you bothered by the Millennial sterotypes?
- Gold Medals and Role Models
Check it out. It's another superb leadership resource for you to keep learning so you can keep leading.
I will try my best to take a look at "The Leadership Challenge" by Kouzes and Posner. It seems to be an interesting book to read and as it's been your number 1 leadership book of choice for sometime, then it must be good.
